Is Bob’s Burgers Real? A Trip to Bob’s Burgers in Real Life

Any die-hard Bob’s Burgers fan would absolutely love it if Bob’s Burgers was a real restaurant.

Unfortunately, Bob’s Burgers - and the super-relatable Belcher family members - is not real. However, the restaurant you see Bob Belcher and his family running on a weekly basis was based on a real restaurant in San Francisco called “Just For You Cafe.”

But don’t worry if you’re not anywhere near San Francisco to go see it. Luckily Bob is a very common name for people so there is a good chance if you put “Bob’s Burgers” into Google Maps, you’ll find one within driving distance of where you are.

This is exactly what we did and we documented the entire experience in the video above. You’d be surprised how many similarities this Bob’s Burgers had with the Bob’s Burgers we see on the show.
