Why Was Jay Johnston Fired From Bob’s Burgers?

Jay Johnston was officially fired from Bob’s Burgers in 2021 when he was seen participating in the January 6th capitol riot. His own text messages confirmed he was there, and he was seen pushing police officers with a stolen police shield.

He was arrested in June 7th of 2023 and is currently facing four charges.

Who Is the New Voice Actor for Jimmy Pesto?

Fans were unsure if Pesto would be replaced, but as of Season 14, Jimmy Pesto’s has a new voice actor—Eric Bauza. Erica Bauza is known for swooping into the revoice iconic animated characters like Bugs Bunny, Woody Woodpecker, and Stempy from Ren and Stempy.

His voice performance as Jimmy Pesto is SPOT ON. You can take a listen to it here:

Eric Bauza also voiced Big Bob, Bob Belcher’s father, in season 14. Big Bob was previously voiced by H. Jon Benjamin and Bill Hader.
